Our client, in the Transport and Delivery Service, is seeking to onboard a Customer Experience Specialist/ Dispatcher for their Port of Spain office

Salary: $5,000 – $5,300

Job Summary
Our client is a leading transport and delivery service provider in Trinidad and Tobago, offering e-commerce platforms. They serve over 450 local, regional, and international companies to facilitate shopping, delivery, and pickup services across the country. As part of their mission to deliver a superior customer experience, they are seeking passionate, curious, and team-oriented individuals to join their dynamic team. This role plays an integral part in ensuring efficient operations, supporting both dispatch and customer service functions.

Job Requirements

  • Full-time, on-site role located in Port of Spain
  • Must be available to work a flexible shift system totaling 40 hours per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Comfortable with prolonged periods of sitting/standing and using a computer or phone for extended periods
  • Proficiency with computers, including the ability to navigate multiple tools simultaneously
  • Prior customer service experience is preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 CXC passes, including Mathematics and English
  • Computer proficiency is a must
  • Prior experience in customer service is preferred, but not mandatory
