Role You Will Play:
In this role, you will utilize your leadership experience within construction or customer experience within the construction/building materials industry to spearhead the customer experience across multiple departments. This position plays a critical role in ensure customer service issues are solved quickly, processes are improved, and ensuring excellence in customer service.
