Position Summary:
We are searching for Customer Engagement Specialist that has an insurance background in sales, underwriting and policy services. This role will require strong technology skills as well as excellent customer service skills. This is a remote opportunity anywhere in the Southern California/Phoenix/Tucson Metro areas.

Position Descriptions:
- Engage with and maintain vendor relationships to achieve customer loyalty and retention
- Respond via telephone and written inquiries to both prospective and current clients
- Special projects as assigned by management
- Ability to work well with other company departments

Position Requirements:
- 2+ years experience with direct customer interaction with a focus on problem solving.
- 2+ years professional experience contributing to new sales growth
- Experience working at a US auto insurance agency or carrier is preferred - knowledge in auto insurance underwriting practices and regulations
- Property and Casualty Producer/Agent, CA or AZ
- Bilingual (Spanish and English)

This role offers $40,000 - $50,000 plus monthly bonus.
