We are hiring Superstar Sales Professionals who are passionate about travel and customer care. This is both an inbound and an outbound telephone, chat and e-mail position.
This is a great opportunity for someone that enjoys an informal, fun but hard working environment without a lot of structure and hierarchy. They have an excellent medical plan with no contributions for employees and a strong base salary with a competitive commission structure. Their offices are located in Downtown Miami and the work schedule is flexible with late morning start and later in the evening ending.

Proven sales record in a direct (outbound) sales role.
Assertive sales skills and the desire to grow within the organization.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to include professional telephone etiquette, email, and letter writing with correct spelling and grammar.
Experience with travel reservations systems a plus.
Ability to develop and maintain professional relations with a diverse, well-traveled, customer or travel agent.
Ability to work well and maintain professional composure while under stress and pressure.
Possess a strong drive and high energy to reach specified sales and service goals.
Be team oriented and goal minded
Willingness to Learn and improve on a daily basis
EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent. Preference given to candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field preferred.
EXPERIENCE: Requires minimum one year of outbound sales experience (two years preferred). Travel and/or cruise sales experience preferred.
