The Leadership Program is designed to provide leading students the opportunity to visit a Crowe location and learn more about our core values, energizing culture, and our client services. Throughout the course of your two day visit, you will network with Crowe professionals and engage in a variety of activities that may include team building exercises, leadership presentations, and/or professional business skills workshops. These activities are facilitated by Crowe Partners and Managers and are aimed at educating you on the leadership qualities needed to excel in the consulting arena. Furthermore, by participating in Crowe's Summer Leadership Program, you will also be evaluated and considered for a 2017 consulting summer internship opportunity (as described below). Career opportunities, you will be considered for, following the Leadership Program: As a Business Analyst and Implementation Consultant Intern in our Performance business unit, you will have the opportunity to work with clients to help them determine their business needs, along with assisting companies in defining, designing, developing, and implementing business and technology solutions that provide critical value to their organization. Typical projects include: Data analytics and analysis to provide actionable results to clients; business process analysis and design; leading implementations using Microsoft Dynamics® and Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications and other Crowe-developed technology; coordinating and leading user testing and acceptance; facilitating end-user training; and documenting functional requirements and processes. As a Software and Web Solution Development Intern in our Applied Technology unit, you will gain experiences working on real products and /or client projects. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast paced environment developing and implementing business and technology solutions that provide critical value. Assignments can involve development and/or support of a Crowe-product or client specific product. This provides the unique combination to experience both project work (in a consulting environment), as well as working in a software development and/or technical support capacity for a product company. Typical projects include, but are not limited to: Microsoft® .NET development for Crowe-built custom solutions or the enhancement of Microsoft Dynamics CRM; Web development for e-commerce; and Microsoft SharePoint® application development. Leadership Program Application Requirements: Outstanding academic performance in one of the following preferred majors or similar background: - Accounting - Computer Science / Computer Engineering (or related major) - Information Systems (or related major) - Informatics (or related major) - Supply Chain Mgmt., Operations (or related major) - Finance, Business Administration, Economics (or related major) Strong academic credentials – Minimum major and cumulative GPA of 3.0 required. Minimum major and cumulative GPA of 3.2 preferred Demonstrated leadership, problem solving, and strong verbal and written communication skills
