We’re partnering with a respected, nonprofit health system to identify an ICU Nurse Manager to lead a 17+ bed unit serving a diverse, high-acuity, and underserved patient population.

Compensation

  • Base salary: $100k-$140K (dependent on experience)
  • Annual bonus incentive up to 10% (based on performance)

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day ICU operations
  • Drive quality outcomes, patient safety, and staff engagement
  • Develop and mentor nursing staff
  • Collaborate with physicians and hospital leadership

Qualifications

  • RN license (or eligible)
  • BSN required (MSN preferred)
  • ICU experience required
  • Prior leadership experience (Supervisor, Clinical Coordinator or Manager)
