We’re partnering with a respected, nonprofit health system to identify an ICU Nurse Manager to lead a 17+ bed unit serving a diverse, high-acuity, and underserved patient population.

Compensation
- Base salary: $100k-$140K (dependent on experience)
- Annual bonus incentive up to 10% (based on performance)
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day ICU operations
- Drive quality outcomes, patient safety, and staff engagement
- Develop and mentor nursing staff
- Collaborate with physicians and hospital leadership
Qualifications
- RN license (or eligible)
- BSN required (MSN preferred)
- ICU experience required
- Prior leadership experience (Supervisor, Clinical Coordinator or Manager)
