Job Description
We are currently hiring a Crisis Intervention Shift Supervisor for a Crisis Intervention Program located in West Reading, PA. The program assists children, adolescents, and adults experiencing varying levels of crisis. The services support humanistic and recovery-oriented principles by instilling hope, social connection, and a belief that all individuals experiencing crisis can readily regain control of their lives with the proper support and/or interventions.
The Program Supervisor will provide clinical oversight of their designated staff and shift, implement clinical service delivery goals consistent with overall agency goals and policy/procedures, and provide crisis assessment and support for direct service staff.

Available Schedules:
- 1st Shift 8a-5p Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday with on-call availability

Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical oversight of his/her designated staff and/or designated shift,
- Provide crisis assessment and support for direct service staff, as necessary, during designated working hours.
- Implement clinical service delivery goals consistent with overall agency goals and policy/procedures.
- Orient new program staff to the agency policy and procedures, the program’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and licensure/regulatory/contractual demands of the program’s clinical services.
- Follow agency policies and procedures to carry out the care and treatment of clients and the supervision of other staff.
- Provide routine, quality supervision and consultation to program staff.
- Provide quality service delivery as defined by the program description, best practice standards and in full compliance with licensure standards.
- Report incidents through the incident management system in a timely and effective manner.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, their families, payers, community support service representatives, and agencies.
- Participate in trainings, complete chart reviews, and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a behavioral health discipline and 5 years of relevant experience or Master's degree in a behavioral health discipline and 3 years of relevant experience.
