Country Manager

This opportunity is for a dynamic and proactive leader with a strong understanding and a passion for the pharmaceutical industry is sought for the role of Country Manager in Trinidad & Tobago.

• Brand Stewardship: Develop the image and brand in Trinidad & Tobago
• Sales Responsibility: Drive and manage the turnover within the country
• Commercialization: Develop visionary and comprehensive marketing plans, drive all commercialization, marketing and promotional activities to accomplish sales plans in alignment with company goals
• Team Leadership: Oversee and manage the sales team, ensuring high performance and goal attainment
• Product Availability: Ensure (pharmaceuticals and food supplements) are readily available and accessible in the market
• Product Launch Coordination: Strategically plan and execute product launches in alignment with company goals
• Budget/ Cost Administration: Monitor, control, and report all costs on a monthly basis
• Networking: Establish and maintain effective networks with all market stakeholders (e.g. Wholesalers, regulatory authorities, health care professionals, opinion leaders)
• Team Motivation: Inspire and motivate the entire team towards achieving success and exceeding targets
• Team Development: Make sure that the team is continuously trained and developed towards excellence

Here´s what you should bring:

• Proven Expertise: Minimum 10 years of demonstrated success in marketing and sales within the pharmaceutical sector
• Leadership Experience: Minimum 5 years of strong management experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Leadership Excellence: Exceptional leadership skills to inspire and guide the team
• Growth delivery: Demonstrated ability to accomplish ambitious yearly budgets and mindset to continuously exceed ambitious growth plans
• Operational Excellence: Keeping daily operations focused, effective and efficient and getting things done despite challenges
• Dynamic Personality: Proactive, energetic, and excellent at building relationships and networks
• Organizational Talent: Superior organizational and multitasking abilities
