Dagen is recruiting a Cost Analyst for a leading LNG company based Cameron, LA. This new role will report to the Senior Vice President of Project Controls and the Site Project Controls Manager. The Cost Analyst will provide oversight to project activities and ensure projects are completed safely, cost-effectively, on schedule, and in compliance with contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote a safe work culture across project teams.

• Provide timely analysis and support to project teams, ensuring goals and objectives are met.

• Oversee project reporting, monitoring, and evaluation, including progress and performance updates.

• Partner with project management to drive project success and proactively address challenges.

• Monitor and manage project budgets and ensure alignment with industry standards.

• Support problem-solving initiatives through creative and innovative approaches.

• Contribute to effective project controls and provide regular updates on project status, performance, constraints, and issues to senior and executive management.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of cost experience in major Oil & Gas engineering and construction projects.

• Experience with LNG liquefaction or combined cycle power generation projects preferred.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adjust priorities as needed.

• Strong written and oral communication skills.

• Advanced computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to summarize and prioritize information efficiently.

• Willingness to work nights and weekends as required.
