We are seeking a Cost Accountant with 1+ years of cost accounting experience to join a collaborative finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career, while also welcoming candidates with additional experience who are looking to grow with an international company.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with standard cost accounting and cost analysis
• Support inventory accounting and monthly inventory reconciliations
• Analyze manufacturing variances and prepare reports
• Help maintain standard costs and product costing
• Participate in month-end close activities
• Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations
• Work closely with Operations, Manufacturing, and Finance teams
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and reporting

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 1+ years of cost accounting experience in manufacturing or a related environment
• Understanding of standard cost accounting
• Strong Excel skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• ERP experience is a plus (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
