Salary range: $80,000-$95,000

About you

To be considered, you will need

• 1+ years of experience in the legal field
• To be a member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
• Creativity to analyze, address and handle complex legal issues
• Ability to draft and provide clear and concise legal opinions and arguments
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with a consistent track record of high-quality work
• A proactive approach and a commitment to client service and professionalism
• Bilingualism in English and French is an asset but not required

About the role

If successful, you will:

• Negotiate, draft, review, and manage corporate and commercial contracts, including leases, purchase agreements, and franchise agreements
• Handle corporate reorganizations, financing transactions, and private placements
• Foster a collaborative and collegial team environment
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
