About the Opportunity
We are seeking a driven and relationship-oriented Corporate Sales Executive to join a growing organization within the Merchant Services and Payment Solutions industry. This role is ideal for a sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong client relationships, and has experience selling business solutions to companies across Puerto Rico.
The Corporate Sales Executive will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and helping clients optimize payment processing solutions that support their operational and financial goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients and business owners across Puerto Rico.
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and strategic partnerships.
- Present merchant services and payment processing solutions tailored to client needs.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing and account onboarding.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and client support.
- Maintain an active pipeline and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Stay informed on industry trends, payment technologies, and competitor offerings.
- Prepare proposals, pricing structures, and sales presentations for prospective clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in merchant services, banking, financial services, SaaS, or related industries.
- Strong hunter mentality with proven ability to generate and close new business.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple client relationships.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel across Puerto Rico as needed.
Preferred Background
- Experience selling payment processing, POS systems, financial products, or business solutions.
- Existing network within the Puerto Rico business community is highly valued.
- Experience working with mid-size to enterprise-level clients is a plus.
