Salary: $70,000 – $90,000 base plus potential bonus.


Position Overview:
We’re hiring a Healthcare Recruiter to lead high-volume hiring for key roles such as healthcare professionals, drivers, shift supervisors, operations managers, and directors. This position requires urgency, grit, and a passion for talent acquisition in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple levels and locations.

  • Conduct daily candidate outreach, screening, and interviews.

  • Coordinate interviews with internal leadership.

  • Manage candidates through offer stage and onboarding.

  • Track daily performance through KPIs.

  • Collaborate with temp and offshore recruiting support.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of direct recruiting experience.

  • Strong preference for healthcare or operations recruitment background.

  • Experience managing high candidate volume.

  • Exceptional follow-up, organization, and communication skills.
