Salary: $70,000 – $90,000 base plus potential bonus.
Position Overview:
We’re hiring a Healthcare Recruiter to lead high-volume hiring for key roles such as healthcare professionals, drivers, shift supervisors, operations managers, and directors. This position requires urgency, grit, and a passion for talent acquisition in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple levels and locations.

Conduct daily candidate outreach, screening, and interviews.

Coordinate interviews with internal leadership.

Manage candidates through offer stage and onboarding.

Track daily performance through KPIs.

Collaborate with temp and offshore recruiting support.
Qualifications:

5+ years of direct recruiting experience.

Strong preference for healthcare or operations recruitment background.

Experience managing high candidate volume.

Exceptional follow-up, organization, and communication skills.
