[SUMMARY]
This role holder will develop and coordinate new business initiatives including the promotion of business with various departments and close communication with the leadership team.
This role holder will also lead and provide support with corporate development initiatives, with the preparation and production of high qualify materials and data analysis, effective business promotion, necessary reporting material, and preparation for various meetings within the company and with the group companies.
[RESPONSIBILITIES]
- Develop and lead various initiatives with other colleagues and leadership members from various departments to implement initiatives and related reporting
- Take initiative on producing plans, presentations, reporting, and analysis for the purpose of strategic decisions, effective business promotion, and preparation for various meetings
- Ability to work independently within the scope of responsibilities for the position and complete assignments in a timely manner
- Supports the team and develop skill sets to match and cover, and supports ad hoc projects and activities as required within the team
- Meet regularly with key stakeholders to provide initiative updates and track progress
- Establish and maintain a strong relationship with members in various departments internally, within the company's network, and outside vendors
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of project management, consulting, or business development experience
- Strong numerical analysis and planning skills for initiative and plan development
- Excellent communication skills with experience in the formal presentation
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize initiatives in a fast-paced environment in a self-motivated manner
- High proficient PC skills including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- General knowledge of financials and economics is preferred
- Basic Japanese language is a plus
