Corporate Paralegal - North Atlanta - Alpharetta

Our client is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to provide direct support to the General Counsel. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of corporate in-house or law firm experience. Must have experience with A to Z corporate governance, maintenance and compliance and also have experience with corporate transactional work to include contract management.

Requirements
Bachelors Degree and Paralegal Certificate required.
