Job Description
Corporate Paralegal - In House - Atlanta: Large corporation is seeking a senior level Corporate Paralegal with experience with all aspects of corporate governance, experience with SEC filings, preparing stock certificates and maintaining stock ledgers, UCC filing experience, preparing and interpreting complex legal documents, assisting with licensing and annual filings globally and assisting with due diligence process for mergers and acquisitions. To be considered, candidates MUST have a Bachelors Degree and/or a paralegal certificate, 7 or more years of of experience, and a stable work history.
