Atlanta - Corporate Paralegal - In-House: Large corporation based in North Atlanta is seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal to join their team. The individual must have a minimum of 7 years of paralegal experience with corporate law, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, securities law, commercial litigation, contract review and contract database management. Candidates must also have superior organizational, support and technical skills to provide legal administrative support to the General Counsel and Sr. Counsel. A 4-year degree is required, or substantial related experience PLUS a Paralegal Certificate. Candidates must have a stable work history and stellar professional references.
