Corporate Legal Assistant

Full service multi office Florida firm has an immediate opening for a legal assistant with a background in corporate law for their downtown Miami office. Eligible candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of law firm experience working in the area of corporate law, including but not exclusively mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, entity formations etc. Experience with tax law is a big plus. All applicants should be highly organized, computer savvy, able to multi task and prioritize tasks and thrive in a team environment. This is a 4-1 hybrid position after a 90 day training period.
