Corporate Law Clerk
Salary based on experience
Duties:
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Assisting with inquiries of prospective and existing clients
- File organization and maintenance
- Supporting our lawyers on incorporations, both for-profit and not-for-profit corporations, re-organizations, and transactional work
- Updating, reviewing, and maintaining minute books using our corporate software.

- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and oral skills.
- High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
- A team player who also works well independently.
- Proficient in MS office products.
