- Lead the development, analysis, and interpretation of financial information, providing insights to support key business decisions
- Conduct financial modeling, scenario analysis, and sensitivity analysis to assess potential outcomes and risks
- Manage the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads to establish financial goals and objectives
- Prepare accurate and detailed financial forecasts, monitoring variances and providing explanations for deviations from budgeted figures
- Provide financial analysis and support for strategic initiatives, mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate development activities
- Act as a strategic partner to department heads, assisting them in financial matters to drive operational efficiency and profitability
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- 6+ years of Corporate Finance experience
- Strong financial modeling and analysis skills, with proficiency in Excel and financial software/tools
- Exceptional understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders
