What You’ll Be Doing
- Elevate Maintenance Operations – Develop, implement, and standardize best-in-class maintenance programs that drive reliability and efficiency.
- Lead Training & Development – Assess skills, develop training programs, and mentor maintenance teams to achieve peak performance.
- Ensure Safety & Compliance – Champion EH&S standards, OSHA compliance, and food safety protocols across all locations.
- Optimize Inventory & Equipment – Manage maintenance parts, equipment stores, and capital expenditure projects.
- Drive Continuous Improvement – Utilize CMMS technology to analyze data, improve processes, and enhance preventive maintenance efforts.
What You Bring to the Table
- 10+ years in industrial plant maintenance (preferably meat processing: Raw/Frozen & RTE).
- 8-10 years in maintenance or operations leadership, with a passion for mentoring teams.
- Expertise in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Knowledge of industrial ammonia refrigeration systems and PLC programming.
- Strong background in HACCP, GMP, LOTO, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Hands-on leadership approach with exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
This Corporate HQ role is based in Wisconsin with travel to multiple facilities (50-60%).
