Our client is a well-established international hotel chain, with their regional office based in Vietnam.
This role will oversee several countries in the region (currently +/- 20 properties in operation with a pipeline of another +/- 10 properties in various stages of development) and will be reporting directly to the Corporate Director of Operations.
This role will be based in Vietnam with frequent traveling for property and project visits.
Please note that this position is available for Expats only.
Profile
• Capable of overseeing both F&B operations & Culinary
• Asia experience
• Pre-opening experience is a must
• 5* and large operation experience
• Strong luxury foundation in internationally branded properties
• In-depth knowledge of F&B operations, market trends, and industry best practices
• Fluent in English both written and spoken
• Strong in cost control, also budgeting and P&L management
• Computer literate
• Able to set example of positive values of integrity, accountability, reliability and work as a team
• Passionate about Food, Beverages and the hospitality industry
• Strong leadership skills and result oriented
• Well organized, energetic, hands-on and able to work independently
• Hard working and able to work efficiently under pressure
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Creative, energetic and positive individual
• Passion for service excellence
• Innovative and passionate about training
• Flexible working hours
