What You’ll Do

As a Corporate Development Analyst, you'll be a key player in evaluating and executing both organic and inorganic growth initiatives across the U.S. and Canada. Reporting directly to the SVP of Corporate Development, you’ll:

  • Build and lead complex financial models for M&A, capital projects, and strategic investments

  • Conduct industry, market, and competitive research to identify trends and acquisition targets

  • Prepare presentations and investment memos for senior leadership and board review

  • Support transaction due diligence from end to end, working cross-functionally with finance, legal, and operations

  • Contribute to integration efforts post-transaction and participate in special finance projects


What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or similar

  • Strong Excel modeling and PowerPoint presentation skills

  • Sharp attention to detail and a high level of business acumen

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work across functions and seniority levels

  • Highly motivated, collaborative, and adaptable with a growth mindset
