We are looking for a Corporate Controller to work for our Columbus client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of accounting; financial statements, general ledger, cost accounting, payroll, accounts payable, budgeting, tax compliance, cost accounting, revenue recognition, and various special analyses
• Review the month-end balance sheet, make recommend any period end adjustments to CFO, and enter the journal entry
• Oversee the accounting department and ensure appropriate internal controls and financial procedures
• Produce the annual budget and forecasts; reports significant budget differences to management
• Recommend and develop benchmarks that will be used to measure the company's performance
• Files monthly, quarterly, and annual reports with the appropriate agencies
• Performs ad hoc projects as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
• 10+ years of accounting experience
• 8+ years of healthcare industry experience
• CPA required, public accounting experience preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
