Corporate Controller

About the Role:

Precision Recruiting Solutions Group® (PRSG®) is partnering with one of our clients to hire a hands-on, detail-oriented Corporate Controller who will oversee global accounting operations, financial reporting, treasury, risk management, and process improvement. This leader will drive standardization across multiple entities, enhance financial systems, and build a scalable infrastructure that supports growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead core accounting functions including general ledger, consolidations, technical accounting, and controls.
  • Oversee accurate, timely financial reporting and audit readiness.
  • Partner with senior leadership to align accounting with business initiatives.
  • Standardize and automate global financial processes.
  • Manage monthly close, international consolidations, and related compliance.
  • Support M&A diligence and post-acquisition integration.
  • Guide ERP/financial systems strategy; experience with large-scale ERPs required.
  • Lead and develop accounting teams across U.S. and international locations.
  • Oversee shared services, treasury, cash management, debt compliance, and risk mitigation.

Required Qualifications:

  • Hands-on finance leader who drives strategy and business performance while remaining deeply involved in day-to-day execution, stepping in wherever needed to deliver results in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
  • Experience working directly with PE ownership within a PE backed organization.
  • Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance; advanced degree preferred.
  • CPA strongly preferred.
  • 15+ years of progressive accounting/controllership experience, including multi-entity/location work.
  • Expertise in GAAP, technical accounting, global close, and reporting.
  • Experience with M&A integration and ERP transformation.
  • Background in manufacturing or similar complex environments utilizing SAP.
  • Skilled at driving process improvement and building scalable systems.
  • Proven success leading distributed teams and collaborating across functions.
