Corporate Accountant

Carolina PRG is seeking a Corporate Accountant for a growing health and wellness company. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented accounting professional with strong AP, bookkeeping, and cost accounting experience, who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is eager to learn and take ownership of processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable, credit card transactions, and maintain vendor records.

• Support inventory tracking, cost updates, and sales tax compliance.

• Prepare journal entries and reconcile accounts.

• Assist with month-end close and basic financial reporting.

• Maintain organized financial records and support ad hoc accounting projects.

• Identify opportunities to improve processes and cross-train within accounting functions.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of inventory accounting, cost tracking, and sales tax is a plus.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
