As a pivotal team member, you’ll engage in drafting intricate legal documents, managing client interactions, and supporting attorneys in a fast-paced setting.
Salary: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support to attorneys in handling client cases and preparations.
- Draft and manage legal entities including LLCs, LPs, and Corporations.
- Assist in composing basic to complex trusts, enhancing client wealth management strategies.
- Prepare, review, and edit correspondence, legal documents, and contracts ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Handle deeds for transferring real property to ascertain legality and correctness.
- Maintain and organize detailed client asset information for accessibility and efficiency.
- Facilitate effective communication with clients and other professional advisors, building robust professional relationships.
Minimum Position Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of explicit experience in corporate and estate planning.
- A background with 4-6 years of paralegal experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools like Excel and PowerPoint, and Adobe Suite.
- Demonstrated capabilities in written and verbal communication.
- Exceptional attention to detail and substantial organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 4-year degree in a related field.
- Advanced experience with legal software applications, specifically Clio.
