Job Description

Job Title: Coordinator- Training


This position requires professional daily interface with customers requesting training information, including pricing and scheduling of standard and custom classes. This position will also support the Training Department personnel, management and internal sales for training requests. Work is typically conducted via telephone and emails, and requires reporting to work on a regularly scheduled basis.


  • Registration of standard product classes for customers, Integrators and internal personnel into the Learning Management System (LMS) through emails, web requests, phone calls and ISS requests.
  • Registration of eLearn for customers, Integrators and internal personnel into Adobe Connect through emails, web requests and phone calls.
  • Respond to customer, integrator and ISS requests via email and voicemail within 24 hours
  • Order training manuals each week through Baan, and ship according to training facilities.
  • Maintain inventory of training manuals.
  • Enter student sign in sheet in LMS and provide training certificates to instructors.
  • Distribute student promotional items to instructors and maintain inventory.
  • Receive PO’s from customers, spare parts and ISS pertaining to product classes and eLearn, and enter in LMS and PO file.
  • Interact with other regional training facilities and departments
  • High degree of customer sensitivity and accuracy.
  • Reliable, consistent attendance required.
