Controls Engineer with an excellent record in controls design, programming and troubleshooting. Experience in material handling, automation, machine design and complex data collection on assembly lines. Outstanding reputation as a person who never fails to achieve the objectives. Responsibilities:

• Design and develop control panels and manufacturing equipment
• Design electrical and control wiring schematics
• Design control logic and systems
• PLC programming with a strong knowledge of ladder logic
• HMI design and programming
• Establish and support updates of controls standards
• Perform debug and buyoff of controls functions and systems

Qualifications:

• 5+ Years of experience
• Material handling, automation, machine design or complex data collection experience
• PLC programming and development: Contrologix or Siemens a plus
• Schematic and hardware design

Preferred Experience:

• Allen Bradley PLC5, SLC, Contrologix
• Siemens Step S5 / S7
• Robotics ABB, IRC5
• AutoCAD and Eplan
• RS Logix 5, RS Logix 500, RS Logix 5000, RSView, Panelbuilder FactoryTalk
• DH+, Remote I / O, DeviceNet, ControlNet, Profibus, Ethernet IP
• Vision Systems – Cognex
