CBIZ Talent & Compensation Solutions is representing a retail industry client who is seeking a hands on Assistant Controller/Accounting Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Hands on Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable for some subsidiaries
• Manage accounting team overseeing all transactional accounting of bookkeepers for other subsidiaries
• General ledger maintenance (MEC, Bank Reconciliations)
• Financial statements with variance and margin analysis by location
• Review and analyze multi-site reconciliations
• Policy, procedure, liaison with outside accountants

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting; CPA, or MBA preferred.
• 7-10 years in finance leadership in the real estate industry (required)
• Strong technical and analytical skills.

Salary Range is $120k - $150, depending on skills and experience.
