Controller

This is an incredible opportunity for a Sr. Level Controller to mentor a department of great talent. You will responsible for the accurate and timely financial management of the entire 85+M organization. This position may require relocation (provided) for the right individual in north WA.

What you will do

• Manages, coaches, mentors, and provides timely and frequent feedback to ensure high-quality work performance.
• Develops and maintains internal control framework of guidelines, policies, and procedures for budgeting, cash management, investment and banking activities.
• Cyber-security management of financial records and personal protected information, procurement. retention practices, payroll change authorizations, labor cost accounting, and general administration.
• Ensures accounting and payroll systems and related application interfaces are accurately configured to ensure no breaks or gaps in internal control framework exist.
• Oversees the day-to-day investment and banking relationships.
• Oversees Billing and Payroll teams.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Excellent management and supervisory skills.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and partner well with cross functional leaders.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and internal control frameworks.
• Proficient in various types of accounting software and demonstrated ability to maintain internal.
• Strong analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with proven ability to prioritize team activities to meet deadlines.

Compensation is to 190K plus bonus and profit sharing plus benefits
