We are looking for a Controller to work for our Central Ohio client. The ideal candidate will align with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and take responsibility for the implementation and delivery of business objectives and strategies
• Influence business performance by leading the decision-making process through insightful analysis, fact-based recommendations, and proactive identification of opportunities and risks
• Provide analysis and decision support in the area of financial variance analysis, manufacturing, costing, performance measures, and other areas as requested.
• Manage all relevant planning and analysis processes such as annual budget, business modeling, monthly close reporting, variance and analysis reporting, etc.
• Utilize analysis to make benchmark recommendations and highlight key areas of interest for process improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
• 9+ years of accounting experience
• CPA Required
• Experience with small growing company a plus
• Demonstrated experience with delivering financial insight, budgeting, and variance analysis
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
