CONTROLLER FOR NATIONWIDE REAL ESTATE COMPANY!
This is an integral position in a dynamic company! This person will be in a leadership role overseeing the real estate portfolio. Working on the following:
-Financial statements, reconciliations, general ledger, journal entries, accruals and more.
-Overseeing CAM recoveries.
-Leading the property budgeting processes.
-Overseeing accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger.
-Assist with developing improving accounting processes
-Manage property insurance claims.
-Lead the department in property accounting and more.
-Special projects.
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related area. 5+ years of experience.
Prior leadership experience.
Commercial Real estate, property management and more.
