Controller

Awesome International Retail/Consumer Goods organization is seeking a talented Controller. This is a hands-on leader of 3 talented team members. Enjoy and oversee all financial activities, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and compliance. Heavy experience in inventory is the most sought after candidate.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the accounting function.
• Lead and own the entirety of the month end close process.
• Ensure compliance with local & state taxes.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial risks, implementing strategies for financial stability.
• Own all US financial audits including bank covenants.
• Assist in the preparation of the budget.
• Research US GAAP and IFRS reporting requirements as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance..
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in a consumer-goods industry or manufacturing.
• In-depth knowledge of Inventory
• 3+ years of MS Dynamics NAV experience, preferred in a multi-currency environment.
