Manage, direct, coordinate and improve all aspects of the accounting and finance department.

  1. Prepare financial reporting for the Division compliant to GAAP, IFRS and SOX, and monthly division reports.
  2. Monitor and manage treasury function by managing accounts receivable and payable resources and processes.
  3. Manage the month end and year end process including preparation of auditor and required schedules as well as analysis of selected accounts – includes both interim and year-end audit processes and compliance to consolidated corporate financial reporting needs.
  4. Oversee preparation of monthly account reconciliations of all Balance sheet accounts in Blackline system
  5. Oversee overall accuracy of onsite and offsite inventory, management, audits and reporting.
  6. Prepare and maintain the annual budget, and updates as necessary.
  7. Participate in company operations as required to meet company goals and objectives, and to support the management team.
  8. Oversee all spending categories and ensure that effective processes and authorities are in place and are effective toward cost containment or reduction.
  9. Responsible for ensuring all work instructions are current and are followed at all times, and focus on continuous improvements of these processes according to compliance, corporate requirements and our ERP operating culture.
  10. Drives true cost understanding across all departments and works building metrics and processes to help other managers improve their department’s financial performance, in accordance with company goals and objectives.
  11. Controls/documents the Capex and Expense approval processes toward full compliance for the company.
  12. Builds appropriate professional development plans for their direct reports
  13. Identifies and immediately reports to the President, any and all risks to the business in a timely and professional manner.
  14. Other duties as assigned.
