The Mission

As Controller, you will be the architect of "best-in-class" reporting. You aren't just managing the books; you are integrating into the business to drive efficiency across a high-volume, multi-entity landscape.

  • Process Engineering: Evaluate and overhaul accounting operations, implementing new policies and internal controls.

  • Construction & Treasury: Oversee development draws, AIA documentation, and complex treasury functions including investor distributions.

  • Full-Cycle Oversight: Direct all accounting functions for multiple entities across multiple states, ensuring seamless coordination with external tax auditors.

The Requirements

We need a seasoned professional who understands the complexity of high-volume, multi-entity accounting.

  • Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience, ideally within Real Estate

  • Credentials: CPA is required.

  • Technical Edge: Advanced Excel, Yardi a plus

  • Industry Background: Prior experience in Multi-family, Hospitality, Restaurant, or similar high-volume/multi-unit environments.
