We are looking for a Controller to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with GAAP
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
• Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets
• Collaborate with leadership on strategic financial planning and decision-making

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA designation preferred
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
