We are looking for a Controller to work for our client. The ideal candidate will align with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

Responsibilities:

• Own and drive the month-end close process and enable accurate and efficient financial results and reporting within tight deadlines
• Drive business results while achieving KPI metrics
• Prepare and maintain the budget, AOP, and forecasts for the company
• Collaborate with shared services, reporting, and FP&A teams to ensure consistent messaging and efficient processes across the organization
• Support Finance leadership in overseeing timing, development, and communication of the annual financial plan, while supporting the company's strategic planning process
• Monitors and identifies budget variances for the company and provides senior leadership with insights and perspectives on appropriate actions required to address variances

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
• In-depth knowledge of GAAP
• Experienced business partner, skilled in building trust and inspiring others while ramping up in a new business
• Demonstrate excellent organization, documentation, and follow-through skills
• Strong change advocate for process improvements and demonstrates out-of-the-box thinking
