Role Overview

As a Controller in the manufacturing industry, you will oversee accounting operations, ensure compliance with GAAP, and provide accurate financial reporting. This leadership role requires management experience, strong technical accounting knowledge, and proficiency in Oracle and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounting operations, including month-end and year-end close.
• Oversee preparation of financial statements and ensure GAAP compliance.
• Implement and maintain internal controls and accounting policies.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
• Supervise and mentor accounting team members.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on financial strategy and planning.
• Support audits and liaise with external auditors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA strongly preferred.
• Extensive experience in accounting leadership roles within manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in Oracle and SAP ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
