Requirements for this Controller Opportunity:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting (required)
• 2+ years’ experience as a Controller in the construction industry (required)
• Strong knowledge of GAAP standards and compliance
• Proficiency in general ledger, budgeting, and accounting systems
• Experience with in-house payroll
• Prevailing wage experience (strong plus)
• CPA license (a plus, but not required)
• Must be accomplished, motivated, independent, and team-oriented
• Collaborative and creative mindset, with a professional yet fun approach to business
