Controller - CLOSED
A two-hospital health system (99 & 25 beds) with five clinics has an immediate opportunity for the newly created position of Controller. Reporting to the CFO, the Controller will assist the CFO with oversight of the new accounting and finance department, including preparation of financial statements. The Controller will manage the Director of Accounting and Manager of Purchasing. Net patient revenues in 2022 was $40M.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years professional accounting experience, with five years in a senior healthcare role preferred. Needs a strong understanding of banking processes and financial data analysis. Experience in managing payroll, with a focus on streamlining processes is also desired.
