Join a team delivering automation solutions for leading process manufacturing and life sciences facilities. We're seeking a hands-on Control Systems Engineer with strong Emerson DeltaV experience who enjoys solving complex process control challenges and working directly with customers.


Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and implement Emerson DeltaV control systems
  • Develop control strategies, process graphics, batch applications, and supporting documentation
  • Collaborate with customers to define requirements and develop automation solutions
  • Perform factory acceptance testing (FAT), site acceptance testing (SAT), commissioning, startup, and operator training
  • Support system upgrades, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and process simulations
  • Provide technical expertise for automation projects from concept through implementation
  • Travel periodically to customer facilities


Requirements

  • B.S. in Chemical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent industry experience
  • Experience with Emerson DeltaV DCS systems required
  • Experience with DeltaV Batch, SIS, and/or MES preferred
  • Experience supporting automation projects in pharmaceutical, biotech, life sciences, or other process manufacturing environments
  • Knowledge of instrumentation, process control systems, PLCs, HMIs, and industrial networks
  • Ability to develop functional specifications, design documentation, and test protocols
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer-facing skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Server operating systems
  • Ability to interpret P&IDs, electrical schematics, network architectures, and process control documentation
