About the Company
This industry-leading commercial door and hardware distributor is growing rapidly and expanding its aftermarket division to better serve schools, healthcare facilities, office buildings, and industrial clients. Known for exceptional service and long-standing partnerships, the company focuses on delivering timely solutions that combine product expertise with deep industry knowledge. Their culture values proactive problem-solvers, technical know-how, and strong relationship builders.

The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Aftermarket Sales Representative to manage and grow retrofit, repair, and replacement sales in the Philadelphia market. This hybrid position includes both office-based work and regular job site visits across the region. You’ll be the go-to contact for end-users—evaluating existing openings, diagnosing issues, recommending product solutions, and overseeing the quoting process for door, frame, and hardware repairs or upgrades.

This is an ideal role for someone with a hands-on background in installation, service, locksmithing, or field technical work who wants to move into a client-facing, solution-selling position while still leveraging their expertise in Division 8 products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit job sites, schools, and commercial buildings to assess broken, outdated, or non-compliant openings.

  • Scope and recommend solutions for doors, frames, and hardware replacement or repair needs.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with end-users, facility managers, and contractors.

  • Prepare quotes, estimates, and repair proposals using internal CPQ systems and tools.

  • Collaborate with inside sales, estimating, and project management teams to ensure successful execution and follow-up.

  • Track opportunities, customer interactions, and service history using a CRM platform.

  • Stay up to date on product changes, code updates, and industry innovations.

  • Proactively seek out new business opportunities within assigned territory.

Preferred Background

  • Experience in commercial doors, frames, and hardware (DFH) is required.

  • Hands-on field experience in locksmithing, installation, or service/repair work is highly preferred.

  • Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to evaluate and troubleshoot field conditions.

  • Familiarity with CRM and CPQ quoting systems.

  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication and follow-up skills.

  • Ability to travel regularly within the Philadelphia metro area.
