Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships with contractors, developers, and owners in the multi-family residential market, particularly with wood-frame and multi-story projects.

  • Secure project documents, review specifications, and lead the take-off, estimating, and bidding process.

  • Submit accurate, timely bids and negotiate project awards.

  • Coordinate with vendors, estimators, project managers, and inside sales teams for project execution.

  • Track project profitability, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through the full sales cycle.

Preferred Background

  • 3–7+ years in DFH or building materials sales, with experience in multi-family, wood-frame, or large-scale renovation projects.

  • Familiarity with Comsense, Dynamics 365, or other CRM/estimating platforms.

  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and technical sales skills.

  • Proactive, organized, and confident, managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Local knowledge of the Baltimore construction market is a plus.
