Your Role as a Recruiter:

The full-cycle Recruiter is responsible for helping us find the best talent for our organization and managing candidates through the hiring process. The Recruiter builds warm relationships with candidates through the delivery of exceptional customer service. We have high-volume needs in customer experience positions in addition to professional staff across all corporate functions.

  • Build relationships with managers and define recruiting strategy
  • Creatively source and recruit qualified candidates by executing recruiting calls, attending seminars and local networking events
  • Qualify candidates by conducting telephone and in-person interviews to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements
  • Complete appropriate reference checks on candidates to ensure authenticity of stated skills and experience
  • Manage the selection and interview process to ensure quality of hire and excellent candidate experience
  • Package the candidates for presentation to hiring manager
  • Present job opportunities to candidates and negotiate terms
  • Report weekly on key metrics
  • A strong sense of urgency
  • This is a full cycle recruiting role managing from sourcing to onboarding


  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience


  • 3+ years recruiting experience
  • Prior experience with an ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
