About the Opportunity

A well-established manufacturer in the aerospace and defense space is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead its site-wide operational excellence program. In this role, you'll drive Continuous Imrpovement in customer satisfaction and operational and financial performance, improving Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Inventory, and People results across the entire site.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and govern the site's continuous improvement, KPI dashboards, Kaizen, and roadmap execution.
• Lead cost productivity initiatives
• Standardize KPIs
• Lead cross-functional improvement projects using Lean/Six Sigma tools such as DMAIC, VSM, 5S, and Standard Work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field is a plus
• Lean/Six Sigma certification required
• 7+ years of manufacturing/operations experience, including 3+ years in continuous improvement or operational excellence
• Track record of driving process improvements company-wide across multiple departments, not limited to a single function; aerospace/defense industry experience preferred
