About the Opportunity
We’re partnering with a global industrial packaging, logistics, and sustainability-focused organization seeking Continuous Improvement / Process Engineering talent. This is a strong opportunity for a hands-on CI or process engineering professional who wants more than a project-based role. The company is focused on lean transformation, automation, operational scalability, and turning traditionally manual manufacturing environments into more efficient, line-based operations.

These roles are also built with growth in mind. Strong performers may have future paths into Plant Management, Regional Operations Leadership, Sourcing Leadership, or Business Unit Leadership.

What You’ll Do
You’ll help lead operational improvement and process modernization across manufacturing and warehousing operations.

Key areas of focus include:

• Lead continuous improvement and operational transformation initiatives
• Support lean manufacturing and operational excellence efforts
• Improve manufacturing efficiency, automation, and throughput
• Help shift job-shop environments into more scalable, line-based operations
• Partner closely with plant leadership teams
• Support automation projects and process modernization
• Develop operational roadmaps for growth and scalability
• Travel regionally to support multiple facilities across the U.S. and Mexico
• Drive measurable performance improvements across operations

Preferred Experience & Attributes
• Continuous Improvement or Lean Manufacturing experience
• Manufacturing process optimization experience
• Automation implementation experience
• Production leadership exposure
• Ability to lead change in evolving manufacturing environments
• Strong communication skills
• Hands-on operational mindset
• Packaging manufacturing experience is a plus
• Corrugated, wood products, plastics, injection molding, warehousing, or logistics experience is helpful
• Spanish language skills are a plus
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% regionally
