About Our Client

Our client, one of the world’s largest online gaming and sportsbook companies, is looking to hire a Content Marketing Specialist to join their growing team. The Content Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating, commissioning and maintaining content across various channels, including blogs and Social Media to generate traffic via various digital mediums


The Content Marketing Specialist will perform a diverse range of functions including but not limited to:

  • Supporting the Content Marketing Team with the execution of the marketing strategy across various forms of content
  • Plan, produce, record and publish content for the company podcast
  • Coordinate the planning, development and delivery of video elements within the wider Content Marketing strategy
  • Analyze and measure content success metrics via various content performance tracking tools, including but not limited to Google Analytics, Soundcloud Stats, iTunes Analytics, YouTube Analytics, etc
  • Continuously monitor consumer consumption trends to identify new digital channels to publish written, audio, and video content
  • Work closely with the Creative Services team to help create, update and edit visual assets across all digital properties
  • Contribute content ideas and edit and proofread content submitted by external contributors
  • Research new potential avenues to explore with content outreach
  • Produce engaging content to retain existing customers and convert new customers


  • 2+ years experience working in digital marketing within content production
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Audition, Photoshop and Premiere Pro (or alternative audio, image and video editing software)
  • Knowledge of various Social Media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn etc.)
  • Knowledgeable of sports betting, iGaming and a wide range of sports is an asset
  • Understanding of editing and promotion of Podcasts
  • Outstanding analytical skills and ability to turn data-based insights into actionable initiatives
  • Ability to story tell through data-led insights to influence decision making
  • An awareness of the latest trends across all forms of digital content
  • Ability to critically examine current trends to help reach a new audience
  • Excellent editorial skills and experience with producing various forms of digital content
  • The ability to produce content that engages users across varying online platforms
  • Experienced with CMS, blog editors and common desktop publishing software
  • Confident personality, able to contribute ideas, while being flexible in outlook and able to incorporate ideas of others
  • Quick learner, ability to pick up new skills, and concepts
  • Basic Html editing, SEO and CMS Authoring skills an asset
  • Familiarity with betting and casino terminology, and betting psyche
  • Degree or Diploma in digital marketing, content marketing, social media or related field
