Contact Centre Representative (Sales)
Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.
The Business Development role will support the Investment Advisor (IA) in servicing clients through the development of marketing programs to attract new clients.
What you will achieve in this role:
They will assist the IA in market research, the production of client reports, general administrative tasks, preparation of client seminars, establishing contact with potential clients and following up with these clients to arrange meetings with the Investment Advisor.
What you will bring to this role:
Yrs exp. in a similar role working on phones (mgr. to confirm yrs of exp)
Exp. with Outbound calls / Cold Calling to generate leads
Strong Sales acumen
Good communication skills
Outgoing, extroverted, able to engage people on the phone
