Seeking a Sr consultant with a strong understanding or health insurance call center operations to advise and assist in the development of an architecture/operational plan for a health plan (dental/vision/hearing) insurance call center.

Consultant area of knowledge overview:

  • Experienced Call Center consultant with strong operational experience with Health Plan/Group Health Insurance organizations.
  • Insurance industry expertise for dental, vision, hearing plans and/or medical plans.
  • Knowledgeable in various sized call centers, health insurance operational processes, metrics, and performance statistics.
  • Experienced in daily operational functions such as claims processes, denials/appeals, eligibility verification, insurance plan questions, covered procedures, common member call types, CSR/associate training, policy and procedures manuals, CSR scheduling, call center technology, SLAs, etc .
  • Specializes in large call centers and diverse call center configurations.
  • Strategies for customer experience, quality programs, and employee engagement.
